Patricia M. Gross

President and Founding Member

Patricia has over 10 years of experience in International Public Health and Development. 

Is an Independent International Development Consultant supporting nonprofits with grant management, capacity building, and project management.

She is a returned Peace Corps Volunteer in Mali (2001-2003) and Peace Corps Response Volunteer in Guyana (2009-2010) where she specialized in Community Health and HIV/AIDS. Some of her professional interests include Reproductive Health, Maternal, Newborn and Child Health, HIV/AIDS, Orphans and Vulnerable Children, International Social Work, and Recreation Therapy.

Patricia graduated from New Mexico State University in 2009 with a dual master’s degree in Public Health and Social Work. While at New Mexico State University, Patricia was the founder and President of the Returned Peace Corps Volunteer Student Organization (RPCVSO) and she organized the first International Dinner, to support the Centro De Proteccion Mujer a Mujer Domestic violence shelter in Ciudad Juarez, Mexico.

This fundraiser was the beginnings of the first ISSF annual fundraiser.
