International Safe Shelter Foundation (ISSF) was founded as a tax-exempt organization in 2012.

MISSION: Our mission is to remove systemic, social, psychological, and financial barriers for domestic violence victims and empower DV survivors to create a violence free life. 

• Our primary responsibilities to the organizations we support include:
• Raising funds for shelters we support through fundraisers, grant applications, website donations, and other opportunities as appropriate.
• Raise awareness on gender-based and domestic violence in Latin America.
• Build capacity of domestic violence shelters to become self-sustaining
